Wipe out the work day and Step Into A Smile for a Surf Happens Corporate Outing, or Team Building Clinic! Imagine taking the leash of responsibilities off and stepping onto the sand for a fun filled day of surf, sun, and team building with your co-workers. Our corporate and team building clinics are designed to foster team unity in a challenging and rewarding setting that leaves participants excited and refreshed. We have often seen a complete transformation as the formerly quiet and reserved become boisterous, hooting with enthusiasm. There is something equalizing about the full body diaper, and the ocean!
Our primary goal is providing tools that may be brought back into the workplace and used in the organizational setting from teamwork to supporting one another. We make custom spray painted hats for all participants to further bond the team and may make custom shirts upon request. Join us, kick your shoes off for awhile, relax, and enjoy! We provide photos for all participants and recommend having an after party or follow up lunch to watch the experience on the big screen. From the team relays and paddle contests, to the pure stoke of standing up for the first time, enjoying the looks on each others faces and reliving the experiences keeps the core tight. Every monkey loves the photo banana and it is appealing every time!
Corporate outings are offered through two hour, four hour, and full day sessions, along with weekend retreats. We also offer a six week outing series of two hour sessions with continuing education. Pricing is based upon individual group sizes, hours, staff needs, and equipment requirements.
We can turn any outing into a fullscale event and party upon request.
