Each lesson is two hours unless pre-arranged (ask about our group rates, seasonal discounts and specials)
1 person: $80 per hour
2 people: $65 per hour per person
3-4 people: $55 per hour per person (2 instructors)
5 + people: or additional instructors call for rates
* Custom bookings available for groups of any size. Price will vary depending upon group size, number of instructors required, hours, and equipment rental.
Equipment Rentals
Surf Happens year round equipment rentals make it easy for you to get out in the water and enjoy riding waves in style. Rentals include INT softboards ranging from the 4’O” black ball beater to the 10’ you can surf anything or go tandem model. Ensuring warmth and comfort we offer Quiksilver and Roxy wetsuits of all sizes and models availability permitting. You will truly enjoy wearing the full body diaper!
Rentals are available by the hour, two hours, half day and full day.
Private Lessons
Surf Happens protégé program offers one on one private surf lessons and mentorship for students of all ages and skill levels. From the first time surfer taking their initial steps into the sport, to those looking to brush up their skills, train for a trip, learn advanced technique or new maneuvers, or even to master the art of competition, your instructor will mold our teaching methodology to fit your needs.
Our first step is the pairing of student and mentor for the initial session where desired goals and outcomes will be established. We make it fun and easy for you to reach your dreams. Perfect for getting coached into a new surf spot, how to catch waves, or simply to identify problems or points of weakness that you are looking to improve.On going Protégé students will receive both video and still image feedback and monthly progress reports.
